VACANCY: ACCOUNTANT A contracting company in Qatar is looking for an experienced Accountant with previous experience in the contracting sector. Position: Accountant Industry: Contracting / Construction Location: Qatar Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions. - Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. - Manage accounts payable and receivable. - Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial reports. - Monitor expenses and project-related costs. - Reconcile bank accounts and company ledgers. - Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments. - Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting. - Maintain proper documentation for audits and accounting requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Relevant accounting experience in the contracting/construction sector. - Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial documentation. - Strong MS Excel and accounting software skills. - Good analytical and organizational abilities. - Qatar experience is preferred.
