Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Front Office cum HR Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Front Office Duties: * Welcome visitors and handle inquiries professionally. * Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence. * Maintain a clean and professional reception area. * Schedule meetings and appointments. HR Coordination Duties: * Assist in recruitment (posting ads, shortlisting, scheduling interviews). * Handle employee onboarding and orientation. * Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave systems. * Support policy implementation and employee engagement activities. Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in front office and HR support. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
