Job Description

We are looking for MEP Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer Qualifications Required: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering - Minimum 7+ years of Gulf experience - UPDA certification (mandatory) Key Responsibilities: - Handle tendering and estimation for construction & fit-out projects - Analyze tender documents and prepare scope/tender review sheets - Create quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgets, and full technical/commercial submissions - Review drawings/layouts, coordinate with clients, suppliers & subcontractors - Develop MEP construction and manpower schedules - Prepare technical and commercial proposals - Issue RFQs and analyze quotations - Maintain cost control and provide forecasts during all tender phases - Evaluate site conditions and Design & Build estimates
