OpenShift Designer / Red Hat OpenShift Designer Location: Doha, Qatar Experience: 8+ Years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Designer / Red Hat OpenShift Designer to lead the design and implementation of container platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available OpenShift clusters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in container orchestration, cloud deployments, DevOps automation, and security compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x) platforms. Deploy OpenShift clusters on Azure (ARO or self-managed) with full integration of networking, storage, and security services. Apply container security best practices, image scanning, and compliance standards. Automate deployments and infrastructure using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD) and IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform). Troubleshoot and optimize cluster performance and availability. Document architecture, procedures, and provide technical guidance to teams. Support hybrid cloud and multi-cluster designs, including service mesh and observability tools (Istio, Prometheus, Grafana). Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years in container platform design and implementation. Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift architecture and components. Solid understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals and cluster design. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and OpenShift deployments. Proficiency in DevOps and automation tools (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform). Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or Architecture. Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cluster designs. Familiarity with service mesh (Istio) and monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
