Job Title: Admin Assistant – Facilities Management (Project Coordinator) Location: Qatar We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Project Coordinator) to support our Facilities Management (FM) team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative & coordination support for FM projects • Manage documents, reports, and records • Coordinate with internal teams and site staff • Track project progress and schedules Requirements: • Experience in Admin / Project Coordination (FM experience preferred) • Strong MS Office skills • Good communication & multitasking ability • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar (preference for locally available candidates)
