HIRING – ADMIN & RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR 🌟 📍 Location: Umm Ghuwalina, Qatar 🏢 Company: Skantec Management Solutions We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. 📋 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Oversee daily office operations and manage supply inventories 🔹 Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings and appointments 🔹 Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, employee records, and company policies 🔹 Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and ensure a positive recruitment experience 🔹 Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding activities 🔹 Generate recruitment dashboards and prepare reports on hiring metrics and operational efficiency ✅ Requirements: ✔ Valid Freelance Qatar ID (QID) ✔ Bachelor's Degree ✔ Relevant work experience in Qatar ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
