Build and deploy AI solutions , integrating Generative AI, ML, and workflow automation with with CRM technical platforms knowledge he will deliver AI copilots/agents, predictive models, and intelligent automation that are secure, scalable, and measurable. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI solution and Build Gen AI copilots/agents Integrate AI services with CRM via APIs, plugins, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and middleware (Power Platform, Azure, iPaaS). Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) over CRM + SharePoint/Docs/Emails/KB, with role-based access control. Develop production-grade services: prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, evaluation, monitoring, and cost control. Ensure data governance: PII masking, audit logs, secure secrets management, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and integrate with CRM admins/consultants to package AI features into workflows (Power Automate, Salesforce Flow, etc.). Create technical documentation, test plans, CI/CD pipelines, and handover material. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years software development; 1+ year hands-on in AI/GenAI (or equivalent project portfolio). Strong programming in Python and/or C#/.NET and/or Node.js. Practical experience with CRM data models (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Activities). Integration experience: REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, message queues. Experience in intergration with CRM platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (plugins, Power Platform, model-driven apps) or Salesforce and CRM (Apex, LWC, flows, APIs) or HubSpot (CRM APIs, workflows, webhooks) Solid understanding of SQL, data pipelines, and data quality. Billingual (both Arabic & English) Preferred / Nice-to-Have Azure AI / OpenAI / Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault. Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform AI
