Job Description

Architect (Fit-Out Projects) Responsibilities: •Prepare architectural, detailed, and shop drawings •Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details •Coordinate shop drawings with site and technical teams •Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material submittals •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and site teams •Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture •Experience in fit-out / interior projects •Strong AutoCAD skills •Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution
