Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeler Location: Qatar Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (1 year, extendable) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or related field • 6+ years of relevant experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler • Experience with commercial, residential, or large-scale projects preferred Required Skills: • Architectural BIM Modeling & Clash Coordination • Shop Drawing Preparation • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) • Strong understanding of architectural construction detailing & materials • Knowledge of BIM workflows & LOD standards • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications & design intent
