Key Responsibilities: • Prepare sourdough and all types of artisan breads • Ensure consistent quality, texture, taste, and presentation • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of professional bakery experience • Strong expertise in sourdough and artisan bread production • Excellent knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation techniques • Experience producing a wide variety of breads and bakery products • Candidates locally available in Qatar are preferred
