🚨 We’re Hiring: Catering Manager / Catering Camp Boss (Candidates who are currently in Qatar only w/ valid QID) Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred ✔ Minimum 8 years’ experience in catering/hospitality (2–3 years in managerial role) ✔ Experience in large-scale catering or camp operations ✔ Strong leadership, planning, and cost-control skills Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily catering operations and supervise kitchen & service teams • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards • Coordinate procurement, inventory, and supplies • Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control • Liaise with clients, manage feedback, and ensure service excellence • Prepare staff schedules and lead team development
