The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, regulatory knowledge, and leadership capabilities to drive financial performance and support business growth in a highly regulated environment. Key Requirements 1) Mandatory: CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) 2) Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance & accounting 3) Currently working or previously worked as a Senior Manager – Finance / Finance Head 4) Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector is highly preferred 5) Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, pricing structures, and pharma financial models 6) Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams Key Responsibilities 1) Lead and execute the financial strategy aligned with organizational goals 2) Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting 3) Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and pharmaceutical industry standards 4) Monitor and control cost structures, margins, and profitability across product lines 5) Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk 6) Support pricing strategies and evaluate product profitability and market performance 7) Collaborate with regulatory and operations teams on inventory, supply chain, and compliance matters 8) Provide strategic insights to senior leadership for business expansion and investment decisions 9) Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
