Job Offer – Civil Engineer Grade C Project Type: PROJECT MANAGER Residential and commercial buildings Minimum Requirements (Mandatory): Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years in supervision of residential villas Language: Must be a fluent Arabic (spoken & written) Client & Contractor Interaction: Proven experience dealing directly with clients and contractors on site -License/Certification: Valid minimum Grade C classification Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities: - Supervise all civil works for residential villa projects (site execution, quality control, safety compliance) - Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and contractors - Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements - Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and attend client meetings
