Civil Engineer Requirements 3–4 years of experience in civil construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Site management experience. Valid Qatar Driving Licence. NOC available. Must be locally based in Qatar. Job Description Supervise daily construction activities. Prepare and review site drawings. Coordinate with contractors and consultants.
