Commis 1 – Hot Kitchen / Cold Kitchen Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Hospitality / Catering Hiring: Urgent Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in catering and hospitality is preferred, particularly in school/campus cafeterias, hotels, restaurants or large-scale food production. Basic knowledge of hot and cold food preparation. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, portion control and food presentation. Good understanding of food hygiene, safety and sanitation standards. Ability to follow recipes, instructions and SOPs accurately. Ability to work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team. Good English communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays when required. Good attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency. Culinary qualification, diploma or relevant professional training is an advantage. Physically fit and able to perform duties required in a professional kitchen environment. Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately. Valid QID required. Transferable visa required.
