🚨 WE ARE HIRING – CONTRACTS MANAGER (Road and Infra) 🚨 📍 Location: Qatar 🏗️ Industry: Infrastructure / Roads / Drainage We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract and commercial management across multiple large-scale infrastructure project sites in Qatar. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, deliverables, and requirements. Draft, review, and respond to formal contractual correspondence to protect the company's contractual and commercial position. Identify contractual and project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Lead the preparation and negotiation of claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. Ensure project activities comply with contract conditions, Qatar regulations, and company policies. Support the negotiation and resolution of contractual disputes through appropriate mechanisms. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on contractual and commercial matters. Lead and mentor contract administrators and commercial teams across project sites. Manage Cost-Plus Contracts, including cost tracking, payment mechanisms, and transparency of reimbursable works. 🔹 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial management. Proven experience in large-scale roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects is essential. Experience with PWA / Ashghal projects is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of Cost-Plus, Lump Sum, and other common construction contract types. MRICS, MCIOB, CIArb, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
