Immediate Hiring: Contracts Specialist / Quantity Surveyor (Qatar-Based) We are seeking a commercially strong Contracts Specialist / Quantity Surveyor to join our FM operations in Qatar. This role will lead contract administration, manage variations and claims, oversee KPI/SLA performance and ensure commercial and contractual protection across multiple contracts. Profile Required: • 8+ years’ experience in FM or construction •⁠ ⁠Strong background in contracts, claims and cost control •⁠ ⁠Experience in KPI/SLA governance and reporting •⁠ ⁠Degree in Engineering / QS / Commercial Management •⁠ ⁠CIPS or Contracts management certification preferred Note: We are looking for immediate joiners currently based in Qatar.
