Job Title: Corporate Executive – Tenders & Uniforms Location: Qatar Company: Al Shal Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Executive to oversee tender management and uniform procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling corporate tenders, vendor negotiations, and uniform sourcing. Candidates with prior experience in the fabric or garment manufacturing industry will have a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and prepare company tenders, proposals, and contract documentation • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for uniform sourcing and procurement • Evaluate fabric quality, pricing, and supplier capabilities • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Monitor market trends in uniforms and textiles • Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of uniforms Requirements: • Proven experience in corporate management, tenders, or procurement • Strong knowledge of uniforms, fabrics, or the garment industry (mandatory) • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation • Languages: Arabic & English (This position is open to Arabic nationals only) Preferred: • Experience in the fabric manufacturing or textile industry will be an added advantage
