📢 We’re Hiring: Cost Control Executive (Food & Beverage) We are looking for an experienced Cost Control Executive to join our growing Food & Beverage team. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor food & beverage costs and ensure cost efficiency • Analyze inventory, wastage, and variance reports • Review supplier pricing, invoices, and purchase orders • Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and finance teams • Prepare cost reports and support budgeting activities • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards Requirements: • Proven experience in Cost Control within Food & Beverage / Restaurant industry • Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and stock management • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools • Good analytical and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
