Customer Care Executive – Water Distribution Company We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing Water Distribution Company in Qatar. Requirements: * Fluent in both Arabic and English (Speaking & Writing) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Previous experience in customer service/call center is preferred * Good computer knowledge (MS Office & email handling) * Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally * Strong coordination and follow-up skills * Must be currently available in Qatar Responsibilities: * Attend customer calls and inquiries professionally * Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and operations team * Handle complaints and provide timely solutions * Maintain customer records and service reports * Ensure high customer satisfaction and support 📍 Location: Qatar Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
