Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Qatar We are looking for bilingual professionals (Arabic & English) with strong communication skills and experience in customer service or sales. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for shipment updates • Provide accurate information on shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation • Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication • Support clients with service requests, complaints, and escalation follow-ups • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Assist in preparing quotations, booking confirmations, and delivery schedules • Contribute to sales activities by supporting customer acquisition and retention Requirements: • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) • Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred due to project requirements • Previous experience in Customer Service or as a Sales Assistant • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Please mention “Customer Support Representative” in the email subject line.
