馃敼 Job Opening | Estimator - Interior Fit Out We are hiring an Estimator - Interior Fit Out for a reputable organization in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: 路 Preparation of tender bids/quotations/proposals from Initial Inquiry to Submission. 路 Participation in pre-bid meetings and site visits to understand project scope and identify potential issues or challenges. 路 Preparation of Technical & Commercial Proposals as per Project Specifications. 路 Providing timely and accurate cost estimates after understanding the project drawings, specifications, and project requirements. 路 Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimates, and Project Budgets. 路 Preparation of Value Engineering / Cost Savings Analysis and Identification of areas for cost saving to help increase profitability. 路 Monitoring the project cost, expenses, and budget. 路 Preparation of Lump Sum & re-measurable Contracts. 路 Technical and Commercial Negotiations with Clients and Local / International Material Manufacturers & Suppliers, and Subcontractors. 路 Evaluation of subcontractor bids to obtain the best value for projects. 路 Preparation of Material Price Comparisons. 路 Negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for materials and services. 路 Negotiation and Finalization of Contract Agreements. 路 Negotiation and Finalization of Sub-Contractor Agreements. 路 Assessment of technical and commercial proposals of manufacturers/suppliers/subcontractors to ascertain if the scope is covered and manage the risk of scope gaps. 路 Collaboration with the project team and contractors to obtain necessary information for preparing cost estimates. Requirements: 路 Proven experience in fit-out interior design, construction, or large service-based companies 路 Reviewing architectural drawings to qualify materials and labors 路 鈦燾ost analysis, evaluating project expenses, including subcontractors, etc.. 路 鈦爐endering: submitting competitive bids, and negotiating with clients and suppliers 路 鈦爏oftware proficiency using tools like Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimation software. 路 technical knowledge, understanding of the interior fitout process, joinery, and materials 路 Based in Qatar with a valid QID
