Job Description

Hiring Facility In-Charge & Inventory management for 1 year extendable contract, Qatar Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Facility In-Charge to oversee facility, factory, maintenance, utilities, inventory, and logistics operations. The role will ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Manage overall facility and factory operations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business activities. • Supervise panel integration and shopfloor facilities, including equipment operation, electrical systems, safety, housekeeping, and maintenance. • Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs and coordinate with OEMs/service providers to minimize equipment downtime. • Monitor and maintain HV/LV electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems. • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate calibration, testing, and commissioning of production and utility equipment. • Lead energy management and cost optimization initiatives in line with sustainability objectives. • Manage inventory, raw materials, finished goods, and shopfloor activities, ensuring efficient storage, movement, and ERP system updates. • Coordinate logistics and transportation activities, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective movement of materials. • Handle transportation permits, import/export requirements, and related documentation. • Monitor and manage supplier performance for equipment, spare parts, services, and logistics. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability, operational efficiency, inventory control, and logistics performance. • Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, and company standards. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in facility management, factory operations, maintenance, or industrial facilities. • Strong electrical engineering knowledge, particularly HV/LV systems and industrial utilities. • Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance, RCA, equipment reliability, and energy management. • Experience managing inventory, logistics, suppliers, and ERP systems. • Good knowledge of HSE, quality, compliance, and facility management practices. • Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
