Hiring Facility Incharge for 1 year extendable contract, Qatar Location: Qatar Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Facility In-Charge to oversee facility operations, inventory and warehouse management, logistics coordination, documentation, and HSE compliance while ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily facility operations and maintenance. • Oversee inventory, warehouse activities, Goods Receipt (GRN), storage, and dispatch. • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and import/export documentation. • Monitor supplier and contractor performance. • Maintain ERP/SAP records, documentation, and inventory accuracy. • Ensure compliance with HSE, company policies, and statutory requirements. • Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvements. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Electrical competency is mandatory). • 7–8 years of experience in facility, warehouse, or inventory management. • Good knowledge of P2P processes, logistics, warehouse operations, and ERP/SAP. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
