We Are Hiring - Finance Manager Location: Oatar Apply Now: family@juniors.com.qa Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations including GL, AP; AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations Lead cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning to support strategic decision-making Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT, and statutor, requirements Monitor internal controls, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture Liaise with external auditors and senior leadership on financia performance and risk management Requirements: Bachelor's dearee in Finance, Accountina, or related field Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred Minimum 7-10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong cash flow management and financial strategy background, preferably in hospitality or QSR Positive, people-first personality with strong leadership and team development skills Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Experience with ERP/accounting software Application Email:
