Job Description

We are hiring experienced Fire Fighting Engineers specialized in maintenance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of NFPA standards, QCDD regulations, and hands-on experience in managing PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) for firefighting systems. Key Responsibilities: - Plan & oversee monthly/quarterly PPM activities - Ensure maintenance compliance with QCDD & NFPA - Submit reports with technical recommendations - Handle rectification proposals, materials, and invoicing - Coach technicians and provide 24/7 technical support - Investigate incidents, prepare technical reports - Conduct tenant awareness trainings on fire safety - Assist with estimation and proposal submissions - Liaise with authorities on safety regulations
