Job Description

Front Office Manager Location: Qatar Salary: QAR 6,000–6,500 per month We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations of our 4-star hotel and deliver exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities Manage daily Front Office operations, including Reception, Reservations, and Guest Services. Lead, train, and supervise the Front Office team. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and efficient check-in/check-out processes. Handle guest concerns professionally and coordinate with other hotel departments. Maximize room revenue and maintain operational standards. Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. 3–5 years of Front Office experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel. Proficiency in Prologic PMS is required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
