WE’RE HIRING – HEAD BARISTA We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the barista team and daily coffee operations * Prepare high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages * Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation * Maintain and calibrate coffee machines and grinders * Train and coach baristas on brewing techniques, latte art, and service standards * Monitor coffee beans, milk, supplies, and inventory levels * Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety * Support new beverage development and seasonal menu creation * Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally Requirements: * Proven experience as a Head Barista / Senior Barista * Strong expertise in specialty coffee, espresso extraction, brewing methods, and latte art * Good leadership and team-training skills * Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and grinder calibration * Barista training or professional certification is an advantage * Candidates locally available in Qatar are preferred
