Job Description

Job Summary: The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting employee relations (ER) processes, and providing administrative support within HR. Key Responsibilities: - Handle ER case documentation and maintain accurate records - Respond to employee queries related to ER - Prepare reports (leaves, corrective actions, performance, etc.) - Ensure documents are filed, updated, and scanned properly - Maintain confidentiality of employee data - Prepare letters, memos, and forms as required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 2+ years of relevant experience - Strong organizational and documentation skills Deadline: 29th June 2025
