Ritz Serve is looking for an experienced HR Executive with 5–8 years of HR experience in Qatar (Oil & Gas / Construction preferred). Key Responsibilities: * End-to-end Recruitment (technical & project roles) * Employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit) * Performance Management & KPI coordination * Handling disciplinary cases & employee relations * HR reporting & Qatar Labor Law compliance * Gate Pass & Vehicle Permit Applications for client sites Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business * Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law * Experience in project-driven environments * Strong documentation & reporting skills
