HR Executive Ritz Serve is seeking an experienced HR Executive in Qatar. Location: Doha, Qatar Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and project-based roles. * Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, exits). * Coordinate Performance Management and KPI tracking. * Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases. * Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Labor Law. * Process Gate Pass and Vehicle Permit applications for client sites. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5–8 years of HR experience Oil & Gas or Construction industry. * In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and Ministry procedures. * Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
