HR Manager | Qatar We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all HR operations while ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, compensation structures, and HR procedures. Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices. Oversee employee records, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR reporting. Support leadership with workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and conflict resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, ERP systems, and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Arabic speaker (Bilingual). Must be available in Qatar with a transferable visa and ready to join immediately. 📍 Location: Qatar
