A leading private school in Qatar is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resource’s function. This is a key role for a professional passionate about education and supporting a vibrant academic community. Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions. * Oversee onboarding, contracts, renewals, and meticulous employee record-keeping. * Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law and school policies. * Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and performance management. * Support payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration. * Develop HR policies and lead staff engagement and development initiatives. * Act as a strategic partner to school leadership on workforce planning. Requirements: * A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). * 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with preference for candidates from the education or school sector. * In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is essential. * Experience in recruiting international teaching staff is a strong advantage. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * A collaborative professional who thrives in a multicultural environment.
