Job Title: HR Manager Location: Doha, Qatar Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our hospitality and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with Qatar labor laws. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process Oversee employee relations and disciplinary matters Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes Coordinate training and development programs Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies Manage payroll coordination, leave records, and employee files Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives Prepare HR reports and workforce planning analyses Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
