Urgent Hiring: HR Officer (Recruitment Specialist) What we're looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or something related. - 2–3 years of HR recruitment experience in restaurants or hospitality within the GCC. - Experience hiring for multi-brand or chain restaurants is a must. - Strong hands-on experience handling end-to-end recruitment for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) roles. - Good understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality staffing needs. - Familiar with Qatar Labour Law, recruitment processes, and onboarding. - Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills. - Great communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). - Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience is a plus. - Must be based in Qatar. - Immediate joiners only. - Must have a transferable QID with a valid NOC.
