The ideal candidate should have strong experience in core HR functions and a passion for people management. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding) Handle payroll processing and employee records Maintain and update HR policies and procedures Manage HRMS & ATS systems efficiently Support employee relations and performance management Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws 🎯 Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3–4 years of proven HR experience Strong knowledge of HRMS & ATS platforms Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and presentation
