Qatar Hiring | HR Recruiter 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Develop recruitment strategies for construction & infrastructure projects • Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements • Recruit technical staff, administrative employees, and skilled/unskilled labor • Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports • Conduct interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding support 🔹 Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience • Experience in construction, contracting, or infrastructure sector preferred • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and labor laws • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
