Hiring: HR Supervisor Location : Doha, Qatar Hospital: Aman Hospital Aman Hospital is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor with a strong background in the healthcare sector to join our team in Doha. If you have expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance within a hospital setting. Responsibilities:(240326Tu) * Oversee daily HR department activities * Lead recruitment for healthcare professionals * Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and healthcare regulations * Manage employee relations, discipline, and performance management * Support onboarding, licensing, and credentialing of medical staff * Maintain HR documentation and HRIS systems Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment * Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills * Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
