Job Title: HR Supervisor Location: Doha, Qatar Hospital: Aman Hospital Aman Hospital is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor with a strong background in the healthcare sector to join our team in Doha. If you have expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance within a hospital setting. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily HR department activities • Lead recruitment for healthcare professionals • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and healthcare regulations • Manage employee relations, discipline, and performance management • Support onboarding, licensing, and credentialing of medical staff • Maintain HR documentation and HRIS systems Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
