Position: HR Supervisor Location: Doha, Qatar Aman Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Supervisor with a strong background in the healthcare sector to oversee HR operations and support organizational workforce management. Responsibilities: ✔ Supervise and coordinate daily HR department activities ✔ Lead recruitment processes for healthcare professionals ✔ Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and healthcare regulatory requirements ✔ Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management ✔ Support onboarding, licensing, and credentialing of healthcare staff ✔ Maintain HR documentation and HRIS systems Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent ✔ Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within hospital or healthcare settings (Only Male Candidate) ✔ Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR best practices ✔ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills ✔ Immediate joiners with valid NOC are preferred.
