🚨 HIRING – HSE ENGINEER | WATER & DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE - STP project 🚨 📍 Location: Qatar 💼 Experience: 8+ Years 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mind Stream is hiring an experienced HSE Engineer to lead health, safety, and environmental activities for water and drainage infrastructure construction projects. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) for construction activities. Manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems for excavation, confined space, lifting, hot work, and other high-risk activities. Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions. Perform routine and unannounced HSE inspections and audits across project sites. Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Monitor HSE compliance of subcontractors and site personnel. Coordinate with project management and client HSE representatives on safety matters. 🔹 REQUIREMENTS ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ✅ 8+ years of HSE experience in construction/infrastructure projects ✅ Mandatory Ashghal (Public Works Authority) project experience ✅ Strong experience in Risk Assessment & Method Statement preparation ✅ Experience in Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis ✅ Strong knowledge of HSE inspections, audits, PTW, and toolbox talks ✅ Water, drainage, utilities, or infrastructure construction experience preferred.
