Job Description

Position: IT Asset Management Supervisor Location: Doha, Qatar We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management Supervisor to oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets and lead a team in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposal) • Maintain and update IT asset inventory with real-time tracking • Implement and enforce ITAM policies, processes, and procedures • Monitor asset usage and optimize allocation to reduce cost and waste • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for asset acquisition and budgeting • Conduct periodic audits and physical verifications of IT assets • Manage asset tagging, documentation, and reporting • Oversee vendor relationships for asset procurement and maintenance • Support IT service management processes (incident, change, configuration) • Generate reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle status • Lead and mentor a team of IT asset coordinators or analysts Requirements: • 5–8 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT operations • Strong knowledge of ITAM tools and asset tracking systems • Good understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes • Strong analytical and reporting skills
