Position: IT Manager – ERP / POS Technical & Functional Location: Qatar We are hiring an experienced IT Manager – ERP / POS Technical & Functional Consultant to lead enterprise application implementation and support operations. Technical Expertise Required: • Strong experience in SAP Business One (Functional & Technical) • Advanced SQL Query development and optimization • DTW (Data Transfer Workbench) • SAP HANA Studio • SAP Crystal Reports for SAP Business One • SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) • Inventory management (Physical Stock Count) • Oracle Corporation (Database, Forms & Reports) Job Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end ERP & POS implementation projects • Manage full project lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, deployment & support) • Drive business process optimization (Finance, SCM, Sales & Service) • Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional teams • Oversee customization, UAT, and post-go-live support • Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement • Provide technical leadership and user training Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's in IT or related field (Master's preferred) • Experience: 8 to 10 years • Strong English communication (Arabic is an advantage) • Qatar Driving License is an added advantage • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
