Job Title: IT Location: Doha, Qatar Job Description We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional to support and maintain the company's IT systems and infrastructure across our hospitality and restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related services. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain network systems and internet connectivity Support POS systems and restaurant-related software applications Perform system updates, backups, and security checks Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and maintenance Maintain IT inventory and asset records Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant IT experience Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting Experience with POS systems is an advantage Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
