Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. Note: Only candidates currently in Qatar with a valid QID will be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for software, hardware, networks, and operating systems - Assist users in resolving technical issues - Escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records using a ticketing system - Ensure compliance with SLAs and IT change schedules - Support project delivery and periodic reporting Requirements: - Proven IT support experience - Strong troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with SLAs and ticketing systems - Good communication and problem-solving skills
