Position: Leasing Executive Experience Required: 3–4 Years Vacancies: 1 Key Responsibilities: Identify and negotiate leasing opportunities. Coordinate with tenants and property owners. Prepare lease agreements and related documentation. Monitor lease renewals and occupancy rates. Maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of leasing procedures and documentation. Valid QID and NOC required. Sponsor change is mandatory.
