LIFTING APPOINTED PERSON Responsibilities: Plan and supervise lifting operations. Prepare lifting plans and risk assessments. Ensure cranes and lifting equipment are suitable for the operation. Coordinate with lifting supervisors, operators and site teams. Ensure lifting operations comply with safety requirements. Monitor and control lifting activities on construction sites. Requirements: Relevant lifting/rigging experience and certification. Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety procedures. Experience preparing lifting plans. Good understanding of crane capacity, lifting accessories and site safety.
