Hiring!!! Medical Sales Executive Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical consumables or healthcare products (government sector experience preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Good understanding of hospital procurement processes. • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. • Valid driver’s license. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell medical consumables such as gloves, syringes, IV sets, wound care products, surgical disposables, and other hospital supplies. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within government and large private hospitals. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement officers, and hospital administrators. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions when required.
