Job Description

Title- Microsoft Fabric Trainer Location - Qatar Years of Experience - 5+ Years Roles and Responsibilities: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data platforms, analytics, or training roles. • Deliver training on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, Power BI). • Develop training materials including presentations, labs, and exercises. • Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge transfer sessions. • Train teams on data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and reporting. • Enable best practices for lakehouse architecture, governance, and performance. • Support understanding of data integration from SAP, databases, files, and APIs. • Collaborate with project teams to align training with delivery needs. • Assess team readiness and provide skill gap analysis. • Provide documentation, user manuals, and training assets. • Offer post-training support and mentoring. Qualification and Experience: • BE/B.Tech / Computer Science or related field. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. • Experience with Azure / Databricks is an advantage. • Prior experience in training or workshops. • Strong communication and presentation skills.
