Network & Wireless Engineer (Cisco WLAN Expert) Location: Doha, Qatar Linnk Group is seeking a top-tier Network & Wireless Engineer to design, lead, and optimize enterprise Cisco wireless solutions in a dynamic, customer-facing role. Key Responsibilities: * Lead customer engagements for wireless design, deployment, migration, and optimization. * Architect and implement robust Cisco WLAN solutions (Controllers, Access Points, Outdoor/Industrial). * Conduct wireless site surveys (pre/post-deployment), create heatmaps, and perform performance tuning. * Develop High-Level & Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documents from business requirements. * Support pre-sales activities and provide optimization strategies for Cisco wireless & security. * Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for clients. Requirements: * CCIE Wireless or CWNE certification is mandatory. * 8+ years of hands-on wireless networking experience. * Deep, proven expertise in Cisco Wireless, Networking, and Security. * Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with automation and Python scripting is a plus. * Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
